When it comes to choosing a dumpster rental company, there are a few things you should keep in mind. These tips will help you choose a reputable company that can provide the services you need.

(1) Upfront and transparent pricing

If you’re looking to rent a dumpster, upfront and transparent pricing ensures you can trust the rental service you choose. No hidden fees or extra charges mean no unwelcome surprises.

When you book a dumpster with Wise Guys Dumpsters, you know what to expect. We take pride in our upfront approach so that you can make informed decisions when it comes to renting a dumpster. You don't have to worry about additional charges or fees cropping up unexpectedly. All additional fees are outlined and discussed upfront.

Our Current Fee Structure

Overage Fee

Our dumpsters include up to 2 tons (4,000 lbs.) of waste. In order to account for extra fees that are assessed by the landfill, we charge $65/ton for every ton over the allotted 2 tons. Any overage fees will be charged after being dumped and an exact weight will be provided to the customer.

By thinking ahead and being upfront about their pricing, dumpster rental services make your life easier - without running up any startling bills along the way!

(2) Local Community Knowledge

Knowing the local rules and regulations around dumpster rental can be a confusing yet important task.

With local community knowledge, local dumpster rental companies can take a lot of stress away from your project since they usually know the local pricing for different materials as well as the local rules and regulations you must follow.

For example, certain dumps may charge more for certain items like appliances, as well as different dumps charge overage fees for additional tons of material.

There are also rules and regulations about what you can and can't dump. A local dumpster rental company should be familiar with these rules, regulations, and charges, which will help to ensure your project runs smoothly.

(3) Satisfied Customers

Finding satisfied customers is an invaluable asset to any business - and when it comes to dumpster rentals, you want to go with a company that is well-respected and well-reviewed in your area.

Doing your research by seeing what the Better Business Bureau has to say as well as reading customer reviews on Google can give you a good idea of which dumpster rental company will work best for you.

Other signs that support positive customer satisfaction could include words like:

  • Upfront and transparent pricing.
  • Charges consistent with the initial quote
  • Convenient pickup and drop-off processes
  • Guidance in choosing the right size dumpster

These are all positive indicators that others have had a great experience with the company. You are likely to have a good experience as well.

(4) Personable Service

When you're looking to rent a dumpster, personable service should be at the top of your list. Not only is it important to find the right size dumpster for all of your debris and waste, but being able to speak directly with an experienced representative from the rental company makes the process a lot easier.

Companies that provide personable service allow you to get answers quickly when you need them and offer valuable insight into what they think will work best for your project.

We pride ourselves on providing friendly service and putting others first as we help our customers and community.

Our goal is to provide a reliable friendly service to our community while providing a great place to work for our team.

Next time you need to rent a dumpster, make sure you take personable service into account - it can save you a lot of hassle in the long run!

(5) Industry Experience

Gone are the days when opening a dumpster rental company was extremely challenging and required industry experience. Now, it's as simple as buying a dumpster, setting up a website, and advertising your service.

While it all sounds great on paper, you should always prioritize industry experience when choosing a dumpster rental company; after all, with every different dumping site comes unique rules and regulations that require industry knowledge to navigate successfully.

Opt for an industry-savvy provider who can guide you through the process to avoid running into unnecessary fees – it'll be worth it in the end!

(6) On-time and Convenient Drop-off and Pick-up

Whether it's a renovation project or simply a spring clean-up, on-time and convenient drop-off and pick-up of rental dumpsters is essential. You don't have time to waste waiting on the delivery team, so you need to find someone who will arrive on schedule.

Having a trusted partner that delivers on time and on budget is key for cleanups that have a tight schedule. You also need a company that will provide another dumpster if yours fills up before your project is over.

(7) Care for Your Property

When hiring a dumpster rental service, you want to make sure they will care for your property. Our operators take care to place the dumpster where you want it, with efforts to avoid any damage to your property from dragging or scraping against concrete or asphalt.

Our drivers know how to navigate large trucks and trailers so your dumpster is delivered safely; they make sure the dumpster is placed exactly where you want it.

You can rest assured that when you trust us with the care of your property, we'll treat it with utmost importance - as if it were our own!
